Under direction of the Architect and his or her design team, assuring the all Code, Plans & Specifications and Construction Documentation requirements are fulfilled. Continuous review to the Plans and specifications and all construction documents, inspection of all installations, placements and applications. Attend all project meetings, review and verification of all As Built Drawings, Requesting of direction and oversight of all Special Inspectors and Soils Technicians, providing punch list when required. The taking of digital photos and providing to the Architect and his or her design team, owner personnel, and contractors.
