Spearheaded daily operations for 10 properties in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and Staten Island comprised of HDFC, five private corporations, and four condominiums with up to 573 units. Liaised with board of directors at each building, advising at board meetings, and driving a range of improvements. Hired and supervised union and non-union staff, providing mentorship to achieve timely and top-quality operations. Showcased knowledge of code compliance, insurance and risk management examinations, and implemented corrective action as well as handled reporting including MRD registration, oil tanks, boilers, elevators, fire safety, insurance requirements, and local laws 11/99, 84, and 87.
