Start-up process was successfully completed in under three years with thriving operations and highly-trained instructors. Prepared instructors to achieve master level understanding of on-line teaching strategies using cutting-edge multi-media and technology to create a virtual experience like an in-person classroom. Marketed the program to the community and built multi-channel marketing strategies and initiatives designed to grow enrollment and build brand awareness. Ensured compliance with state and federal on-line curriculum development regulations after creating a curriculum approved by accrediting agencies. Trained the teachers to the point where they transitioned into a training role for new and struggling faculty. Built operations to the point where the school ran without constant oversight and change management.
