Evaluated large datasets of microarray gene expression data in SAS and executed computer analysis of large datasets and operated computer software to organize publication data. Held responsible for preparation of RNA and quality control of RNA from tissues or cells, synthesis of fluorescently labeled target cRNA or cDNA, array hybridization, and optical scanning of arrays.
