Established and maintained user IDs and access levels for multiple applications, providing validation for all changes. Maintained Seagate and Crystal report servers. Conducted weekly server reboots and scheduled maintains. Scheduled daily, weekly and monthly reports for warehouse and customer users utilizing Seagate and Crystal administrator applications. Participated in warehouse setup for all warehouse locations and Fast Turn implementation, including Oracle, setup and user configuration.
