Daily Duties at Spectrum Healthcare:

Selected after a nationwide search to run the human resources department at Spectrum Healthcare (formerly Verde Valley Guidance Clinic). Increased employee retention and engagement year over year; moved department from paper based to online processes and procedures including research and implementation of state of the art HRIS system; developed and implemented numerous policies and procedures in support of work/life balance including flexible schedules, tuition reimbursement, and telecommuting; found thousands of dollars of cost savings for organization through vendor renegotiations and restructuring of benefits. Selected to serve on the behavioral health advisory board for Glendale Community College. Also served as member of the Arizona Council's HR Committee and participated in advocacy events at both the state and national level.
