Launched a Business Services Management (BSM) capability within IT Operations. Supported all IT Service Management and Software Configuration Management tools across the entire corporation. Supported legacy ITSM tools while developing and deploying replacement ITSM technologies and services. Developed business strategy and deployed ITSM tool suite to transition from an inadequate service offering to an industry-leading service offering. Supported all ITSM tools and capabilities at Sears Holdings, including Axios Systems, IBM Maximo, Confluence, and Jira. Maintained all Software Configuration Management tools and capabilities at Sears Holdings, including CA-Endevor, Subversion, Eclipse, Hudson, and a variety of other developer tools.
