Daily Duties at Neptune Benson :
• Responsible for weekly analytics showing number of calls to 3rd Parties, calls taken personally and project times lines and completion. • Manage Phone Hardware and Carrier migration for multiple locations. • Interface with multiple 3rd Party vendors for Hosting, IT Help Desk, Printers, Electricians and Phones. • Technical trouble shooting remote, desk side, LAN/WAN, Citrix, Cloud and Hosted Services. • Set up new users in AD, eMail, Software (Office/Citrix Receiver), VPN, and Hardware Ordering. • Network connectivity problems with Cable Modems, FiOS, T1, LAN, WAN, Wifi, Virtual Networks and remote connections.
