• Supported over 100,000 employees in over 2000 retail outlets across 48 states. • Mentored and Coached new hire team members, offering guidance and encouragement as they worked through the frustrations of the learning curve in a high call volume environment. • Providing technical support, utilizing ticketing software and dispatching of technicians for on-site repairs. • Supported internet and Citrix environment for remote users over wide geographic area to include thermometers, desktops, printers, card scanners, documents scanners, credit card machines, and other medical equipment. • High focus on trend analysis, working toward quick fix times, minimizes customer service interruptions.
