• Technical support covering over 3100 location in US, UK, Europe and Canada for TJX Companies; TJ-Maxx, Marshalls, Home Goods, Sierra Trading Post, Winners, Home Sense Canada, Marshalls UK, TK Maxx, Home Sense UK. • Inbound troubleshooting for 191,000 employees worldwide with LAN, WAN, Wifi, and Remote Access connectivity issues. • Team member of Outlook Migration team providing desk-side support and phone support for computers, iPhones iPADs and Blackberries. • Using LAN Desk, Lync and Remote Desktop to attempt various fixes • Utilizing and educating users on AD, Outlook, Lotus Notes, VPN, Citrix, Air Cards, Movi, iPhone, Blackberry, Mobile Device Manager, RSA, Mainframe, Xerox Smart Print, Desktop/Laptop, Office Desktop Products, Windows XP, Vista, Win 7, Win 8 and MAC OS 10
