Daily Duties at Cb & I (Stone & Webster):
Ensured contract compliance and quality assurance throughout entirety of complex construction and design process for Nuclear Island, including an auxiliary building, Containment, CA20 and Shield Building with significant supervisory power over daily field engineering progress. Successfully adhered to stringent l Zero Accidents program throughout the project. • Oversaw the construction of the base mat for Voglte 3 & 4, each having a continuous placement of ~ 7000 cu yd of reinforced concrete which serves as the base foundation for the nuclear island. • Oversaw the installation of structural steel modules, comprised of structural steel plates and filled with self-consolidating concrete. CA01-120 Tons, CA02-52 Tons, CA-03-237 Tons, CA05-90 Tons, CA20-1100 Tons were some of the modules. • Oversaw the installation of the containment vessel bottom head (CVBH), onto 3&4 base mat and placement of ~ 5300 cu yds self-consolidating concrete for support under the CVBH. • Identified and resolved issue and conflicts within the project •Coordinated with the Site Quality Control to ensure that the Quality objectives were being met for the projects. • Provided input to the quantity tracking applications and reporting on weekly installed quantities to Project Controls
