Daily Duties at Fmc Technologies:
review contract suppliers welding procedures and specifications for compliance with FMC / API / customer requirements. More work was being completed for European contracts, which in turn required evaluation of supplier documents to EU type specifications versus the previous 'normal' of USA written specifications. Much of this evaluation was beyon just weldiong procedures, involving shipping instructions, paint requirements, inspection during and testing after fabrication, as these requirements may be entirely different than FMC normal fabrication requirements
