Daily Duties at Haymaker Technologies Inc.:

• Work directly with President, Vice President and staff in growing the business Millions of dollars in 8.5 years • Execute strict internal controls over expenses and capital expenditures adding to the growth of the business • Acknowledge areas requiring improvement and implemented controls for operational and financial stability • Establish new accounting policies and procedures • Confirm daily and weekly accounts receivable collections are pursued for cash flow • Handle weekly cash flow and provided a weekly cash report to President • Teach, coach and direct accurate recording of transactions during the month to ensure a timely and accurate month end close and review of reconciliations • Ensure all reconciliation highlights are well documented and reviewed with management • Handle all tax matters, including business taxes, property taxes, income taxes and sales taxes • Negotiate bank terms for LOCs, equipment/vehicle financing – achieving the best rate and term • Manage all accounts payable vendors including line of credit and other financing needs • Administer all human resources including 401(k), safe harbor, health, dental, vision, STD, LTD, and life insurance • Maintain multi-state business license compliance and Certificates of Good Standing • Govern business insurance needs for best pricing and quality and limits required – workers compensation, business owners, liability, and umbrella and auto policies • Supervise and administer GAAP accounting principles for all prepaid policies, revenue accruals and deferrals • Implemented and achieved automated job costing and time reporting using ADP • Calculate and process 1099’s for subcontractors yearly and ensure W -2’s for officers are correctly collected with the added health insurance and car mileage • Charitable giving and events
