• Initially hired as a HR Business Analyst and rapidly promoted in recognition of initiative and leadership skills to lead the Human Resource Customer Service Center, HRIS and Operations. • Supervised 11 HR Customer Service Representatives and HRMS Business Analysts responsible for supporting over 6,000 employees. • Conscientiously managed $11.3 million HR Budget. • Held full responsibility for all aspects of employee compensation, salary planning, compensation analysis, reward programs, performance measurement and tracking, reporting and analysis, as well as departmental business plans. • Enhanced internal communication by researching, developing and implementing plans to ensure efficient and timely distribution of company’s processes, procedures and programs. • Developed HR applications, processes and system tools that empowered internal worldwide customers with information, data and services necessary to be productive and self-sufficient.
