• Directed the launch of Novell’s Global Shared Services Organization • Led the direction and creation of the Global HCM Roadmap which included PeopleSoft in 14 countries • Drove operational excellence through process improvement, dramatically improving workflow and improved data integrity by streamlining, automating, simplifying processes not only for HR, but across the company (saving $1.5M by improving the administration of the Hire Process - Zero Day Start). • Received recognition for Zero Day Start as a Best Practice by both the Corporate Leadership Council and Benchmark Communications • Won the President's Award for outstanding performance, given worldwide to only 50 out of 6,000 employees.
