Daily Duties at Cna Insurance:
• Lead the direction and creation of the HR Shared Services Organization in conjunction with the implementation of PeopleSoft HR 8.8 / PeopleSoft Enterprise Reporting. • Directed a staff of 32 members that supported all HR transaction processing and administration, relocation, payroll administration and HRIS. • Developed and executed the Human Resources Portfolio, a comprehensive IT initiative plan, consisting of all HR programs and projects. Programs included ERP implementations / upgrades (PeopleSoft) and other technology solutions / tools empowering HR and their client groups with the necessary information and services to successfully manage the company's total workforce.
