Supported a staff of six and followed up with management on escalated issues, providing written documentation on daily tasks/requirements and knowledge base application. Participated in report migration, moving reports between Seagate 8.7, 7.5, Crystal 10 and Crystal 11 applications. Participated in printer migrations from Unix server to Windows Clio and Projestic server. Configured printers using Unix and Windows applications for all warehouse implementations. • Configured Oracle client to create/schedule a physical inventory header for warehouse validation against system inventory, and used help desk monitoring software and alerts to verify and support any issues affecting order flow through middleware and translation processes for all customers. • Managed escalated second level support calls to resolution or assistance from third level support.
