• Responsible for all operations, including ordering/distribution of goods and monitoring of inventory levels. • Provide outstanding customer service on both inside and outside sales and ensure customer satisfaction. • Train and coach a team of employees. Prepare department staffing and scheduling needs appropriately. • Utilize administrative skills in preparing updates for all billing, financial objectives, and business plans. • Drive operational improvements to maximize ordering of goods while ensuring a tight control on costs. • Establish and implement policies, goals, objectives, and procedures while creating, managing, and analyzing performance data and other analytic information while ensuring effective operations management. • Analyze branch's financial reports in order to set sales performance goals for the team of employees. • Strong management ability to consistently interpret data and analyze reports effectively for sales growth. • Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and potential customer accounts.
