Achieved the $223 Million annual sales plan for a 9-state region extending from Washington to Texas. Developed and directed a regional sales force of 21 outside sales and 32 customer service representatives. Mentored and coached the sales personnel with the application of consultative selling philosophies and techniques, while participating in the development of the annual business plan for the region and each OAM. Championed corporate image and reputation by protecting and developing the company brand via suitable promotional activities. Elevated the skills and competencies of the sales team.
