Responsible for overseeing the construction of the building, building the sales team, developing the go –to –market strategy and building the inventory to support the customers. Responsible for the completed oversight of sales, operations and administration to ensure compliance with all company guidelines, policies and federal and state regulations. Established and directed activities and initiatives to meet the company’s objectives for profitability.
