Daily Duties at Factory Motor Parts:

Brought on board to develop and implement a comprehensive professional sales process. Developed and directed a regional sales force of 13 outside sales and customer service representatives to collective and individual goal attainment. Mentored and coached the sales personnel with the application of consultative selling philosophies and techniques and monitored the progress of the sales group to assure development and success. Identified and hired new sales personnel. • Implemented a consultative sales process within the traditionally transaction-based auto parts industry. • Designed the Outside Account Managers territory business and action plans. • Developed the following regional training programs and Onboarding process: o On boarding new hire training process o Regional performance appraisal and review process o Training Needs Analysis program
