Oversaw all functions of the accounting and finance departments including directing 3 team members, issuing financial statements, processing weekly payroll, developing accurate forecasting models, and maintaining expenditure controls. Key member of team that secured 10M Euro contract, largest in company’s history. Identified strategic investment opportunities and new channels for business development.
