Daily Duties at Doma Technologies:
Performed software and quality assurance testing on Ft. Eustis for the Army Learning Management System (ALMS) to ensure that it meets the requirements guided by its design and development. Ensured program worked as expected or made corrections. Reviewed the development and implementation of quality control methodologies to ensure compliance with document imaging/scanning/retention quality assurance standards, guidelines and procedures IAW Federal and DOD policy and procedures. Maintained a process for evaluating hardware, software, and associated documentation and assist in the evaluation process. Conducted formal and informal reviews at pre-determined points throughout the software development cycle. Prepared detailed reports documenting courseware technical and playability testing results and submitted to software and program developers.
