Created load plans. Generated Hazard Declarations for Hazardous Material (HAZMAT) with certified HAZMAT license. Provided movement control support for the surface movement of cargo and personnel through the U.S. military transportation system. Received, validated, and processed all transportation movement request (TMR) and Air Movement Request (AMR) for the personnel and equipment transiting, originating and terminating assigned MCT Area of Responsibility. Ensured efficient, timely, and cost effective support to the customer. Identified and troubleshoots problem areas in movement; recommended solutions to management. Worked closely with customers to ensure desired movement objectives, priorities and schedules were met and communicated to management. Analyzed work process and developed work metrics & matrix for measuring performance Prepared, compiled, and submitted reports on work schedule, activities, operations, and production. Created RFID tags through TC-AIMMS.
