Daily Duties at Reynolds American Inc:
Directed the implementation of the Concur Expense Reporting application throughout the entire company including home office, sales forces and manufacturing facilities achieving in $17MM savings. Oversaw implementation of Kronos Time Reporting application to the home office and sales force which resulted in reduced person-hours, equating to $1.2MM. Delivered $6MM in savings by designing and managing enhancements to a proprietary call reporting system reducing the number of visits by sales reps to newly contracted accounts.
