Daily Duties at Benefit Management, Llc:
Led the new division which offered a full turn-key solution to automate the claims administration and payment distribution of Value-Based Payments. I developed the product, consulting services, business development and sales strategy and oversaw the productivity of two sales associates. I also worked with Oracle and the internal operations team to co-develop the platform to automate the administration and payment of Value-Based Payments, specifically prospective bundled payments.
