Daily Duties at Uncommon Carrier Inc. :
Hired to lead startup and development of the Brokerage department. Created and manage departmental processes, documentation, and performance metrics. Maintain pricing authority for all FTL, LTL, Intermodal, and Bulk transportation in North America. • Negotiate vendor contracts, manage carrier relationships, and oversee all freight agreements. • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure service quality and delivery commitments.
