Daily Duties at Quality Roofing Supply:

Managed our team of outside sales reps to meet or exceed annual sales and margin budgets. Successfully achieved this in 80% of my markets each of the past 3 years. Hired, trained, developed and coached company reps in sales techniques, annual marketing plan development, SalesForce CRM, product knowledge and vendor relations. Progress and new market/product opportunities were reviewed regularly during bi-weekly debriefs and periodic ride along days. - Continuous monitoring of customers to maximize new sales opportunities, improve efficiency, achieve established goals and meet corporate initiatives. - Rolled out, implemented and trained the sales team on new e-commerce initiatives on the Beacon Pro+ and 3D+ platforms. Hosted sales blitzes to get the word out to our customer base on targeted objectives. We ended 2017 #3 of 36 regional companies. - Review, recommend, develop and monitor annual customer incentives for $18m in sales. - Worked closely with supply chain, finance, marketing and the regional management team to support our field sales efforts and growth. - I also participated in our Strategic Deployment Process to push the limits of the organization for exponential expansion to upwards of 60% in 3 years. - Primary activities focused on both commercial and residential roofing systems. - We also marketed and sold siding, metal, windows, doors, decking and lumber both direct to contractors and through two steppers. - Experienced in the utilization of Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point to research, plan, manage and follow customer, competitor and market trend activities.
