Trained and lead the network and field technicians on large district wide deployments of various types of network, server, and client infrastructure additions and upgrades. Implemented, administered, and maintained applications and databases. Served as student and finance database administrator. Performed data migration, import, export, and updates using built-in and custom- created applications and utilities. Created custom reports leveraging Crystal Reports, MS Excel, MS Access, and SQL queries. Maintained, upgraded, troubleshot, and replaced all systems from the internet connection to the client systems including DMZ routers/switches, firewalls, filters, internal routers/switches at the core and distributed levels, physical servers, SAN, virtualized servers, power and UPS, monitoring, DR replication and recovery
