Daily Duties at Us Army:
Implemented and directed recruiting support team covering 1290 square miles with a population over 200,000 - Analyzed market data analysis and developed lead generating activities with over 40 different college and high school programs that led to Top Recruiting Office 2013 - Developed and implemented prospecting plans through intelligence preparation of the environment and market data analysis. - Conducted employee investigations, provided findings & recommendations on appropriate remedial actions - Conducted prospecting activities using the telephones, texting, and virtual methods resulting in lead generation. Managed and refined leads, gathered blueprint information, conducted prospecting activities, follow-up procedures, and related activities. Improved marketing and communications in the lead generation process through social and digital media. - Liaised between field personnel & executive staff to ensure employee activities were aligned with all compliances, regulations and HR policies to achieve strong workforce strategies
