Daily Duties at Health Care Services Group:

As a training facility of the district, responsibilities include selecting new managers, interview, hire, train and shadow in their new facilities until able to conduct a flawless operation independently. Hire and train line employees plus the ongoing education and in-services. Schedule, order all products needed for the operation and approve all invoices. Conduct the routine and detail inspections to ensure adherence to all state guidelines with food, sanitations and hygiene, logs and employee documents. Conduct assessments and MDS in a timely manner. Monitor staff performance and conduct reviews, feedback and coach and counseling. Fosters a collaborative environment between dieticians and staff members to provide quality service and meet nutrition standards. Manage several facilities on regular basis as the opening team when acquiring new accounts and when state survey is present in other buildings.
