Daily Duties at Hercules Inc:
Served as the Laboratory Leader for the Laboratory for Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC) and Multi-angle Laser Light Scattering (MALLS) Characterization. Managed day-to-day laboratory operations, equipment maintenance, planning, ordering and replacement of the outdated equipment with new and expanding laboratory capabilities. Was promoted to Research Scientist in 2005.
