Daily Duties at Bethlehem Baptist Church:
Provide support to the senior and Executive Minister and other Ministerial staff members. Provide support in writing and submitting all necessary paperwork to establish an after-school program and Summer Food Service Program (SFSP).Maintained and developed company Cognos Report which entails writing contracts for non-profiting and profit organizations and vendors. Process all required documentation to receive federal grants and monitor the budget. Prepare and write a strategic plan for long term goals. Provided support to ensure the SFSP, After-School Program, and National School Lunch Program/School Breakfast Program were implemented and followed all state and federal guidelines for a successful program. Attend all training to keep update to with all state and federal regulations. Possess excellent administration and customer service skills
