Daily Duties at The University Of Health Science Center:
Provide support to the Chair of the Institutional Compliance Department. I supervised 12 administrative assistants and other staff members. Maintained and developed company Cognos Report and People Soft database (budget, procurement purchases etc) which entails writing contracts for non-profiting, profit organizations, and vendor. Conduct compliance on-site reviews of any sponsors, vendors, and departments to ensure they are in compliance with all state and federal regulations. Prepare and write a strategic plan for long-term goals. Process training for employees regarding the Code of Ethics, HIPPA, and all other required annual training. Monitor the budget for accuracy for all departments. Attend all training to keep update to with all state and federal regulations. Possess excellent administration and customer service skills
