Daily Duties at Bhp Billiton Petroleum:

Responsible for executing HR Business processes, HR administration and reporting activities in SAP Provided guidance regarding policy and procedures; Managed Resourcing; Employee Management; Employee Relations • Escalation point of contact for Offers, terminations, company movements, salary changes; standard employee grievances and inquiries; Responsible for Root cause analysis and documenting process improvements; Globalization Specialist team to document and share HR processes; Trained HR process and procedures for the new Petroleum Business HR Services team in Malaysia and Chile • Responsible for shifting work to new HR Hubs and providing HR system support throughout training period • Collaborated with management to train up newly established Chile HR Hub as the new resource for employee inquiries Collaborated with TWC to approve claims for unemployment during the redundancy period. Special projects; HR Audits Reporting, Employee and HR Master Data Management for Petroleum business; SAP governance • Managed Resourcing, personnel administration, vendor relationships, reference checks and verified wages in SAP Global Mobility; Collaborated with Reward Specialist to execute process for International Assignee administration
