• Responsible for the Management of Field Operations • Ensures that school staff are serving reimbursable meals • Provide Client Schools with Training and Support for HACCP and SOP plans • Ensure cafeterias are in compliance with the NSLP regulations • Manage and train in alignment with Child Nutrition Professional Standards requirements • Train staff to complete Food Production Records accurately and completely • Train staff to manage inventory with efficiency and accuracy • Provide client schools with Administrative Review support
