• Managed and lead Project SIGMA (State-wide Integrated Governmental Management Applications) Implementation for State of Michigan Vendor File Design & Implementation, Vendor File Conversion (150,000+), Vendor and Local Entity (220 State Local Entities) Outreach Plan Pre and Post Go-Live for the Advantage 3.11 ERP system conversion. Ownership, leadership and management responsibilities included coordination and management of vendor related decisions, capturing, documenting and closing open issues and action items, vendor file clean-up and setup, client cross- functional teams and state agencies conflict resolutions and solutions. • Assisted in the coordination, development, and management of test plan and scenarios for deployment of approximately 200 system and end-user test cases, execution of test cases and documentation of test results. • Collaborated with client team members and stakeholders to ensure validation of requirements traceability process throughout system development lifecycle. • Managed and led testing efforts for all system phase testing across multiple environments. Testing included System, Integration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Performance Testing for Pre and Post Go-Live activities. • Authored, co-authored and edited multiple SIGMA Project Deliverables. Deliverables included: State of Michigan Vendor Design and Implementation Plan, Vendor and Local Entity Outreach Plans, and Vendor and Local Entity Outreach Assistance Plan. (Notable example of one vendor/local entity outreach methodology is design and launching of the State of Michigan’s vendor and local entity VSS outreach website: wwww.Michigan.gov/SIGMAVSS) • Authored and published ADA compliant, custom Project SIGMA’s VSS Application Production web-based, on-line End-user Training Guides and Job Aids for New Vendor Registration, Activate Account Guide for Existing Vendors and Grantees user guides. (ADDIE Model leveraged for content development.) • Wrote and executed several Vendor/VSS and Advantage Financial functionality test scripts to accurately test State of Michigan SIGMA business processes and requirements as they relate to VSS and Advantage Financial application Vendor/Customer (VCUST) vendor file for Vendor/Customer Creation (VCC), Vendor/Customer Modification (VCM) documents. • Managed and coordinated the analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation and deployment of several custom Business Intelligence (BI) reports for Financial and Vendor/VSS end-user reports.
