Key Contributions: • Accelerated gap closure; reviewed quality measures and proactively analyzed risked to identify weakness. • Collaboratively developed and implemented a regional staffing model reducing person-hours per stat in critical care areas. • Coached and monitored the performance of 144 direct reports; established measurable goals promoting individual growth, increasing retention, and earning improved employee satisfaction scored on Gallup polls. • Established and co-chaired the Critical Care Committee; participated in the design and execution of a Hospitalist model of care. • Achieved Stroke Certification from the Joint Commission
