Responsible for the North American IT operations of Millennium Hotels and Resorts. Directed the technology support, maintenance, and planning of 13 owned and managed luxury hotels in gateway cities throughout the United States. Advised and approved IT solutions for an additional five owned locations under third party management. Managed numerous projects to upgrade IT infrastructure across the portfolio.
