Daily Duties at Bank Of America:

• Manage the overall maintenance, creation and inquiries related to the End User Computing (EUC) Policy and Standards (Collaboration, Mobility, Desktop, Voice & Video). Created a tracking tool for updates throughout the year making the annual review process streamlined while creating a tracking mechanism for audits. This tool has now been leveraged and implemented by other organizations. • Manage Associate Investment Monitoring (AIM) Compliance for CTO Workspace Services and CTO Risk and Process Management Teams ensuing appropriate designations (Private or Public) for all employees as it relates to their role, location and access to Material Non-Public Information (MNPI). • Responsible for the oversight of Learning Compliance for my organization. Ensuring timely completion of mandatory courses through a proactive approach by managing the pipeline and creating a culture where completion is 2 weeks prior to the enterprise due dates in an effort to mitigate risk with past due courses. • Security Point of Contact (SPOC) for my line of business (LOB) with authority over access management as it relates to New Hires, Existing Associates, External Client, etc. Critical in ensuring individuals have the appropriate access, are held accountable for the integrity of access management in their assigned hierarchies, perform access reviews, identify separation of duties and conflicts within the system and provide guidance on SPOC practice
