Daily Duties at Comp Usa:

Lead the Technical Services team ensuring excellent service was provided to customers. Oversaw receiving, scheduling, installation, repair, and upgrade of multiple computer platforms, software, printers and other peripherals. Trained service advisors to ensure proper execution of standards and procedures. Guaranteed customer satisfaction throughout, with expedited service and regular communication. Ensured team maintained an organized, efficient, and customer friendly work area. Worked with the sales team to highlight technical services and increase overall productivity and profitability. Established performance measures, goals, objectives and priorities for technical staff to provide direction, set performance goals, and ensure work orders were completed on time. Interviewed prospective employees to select the best qualified candidates for vacant positions. Ensured good communication between store employees, management, and vendors to obtain and share technical knowledge, set priorities, and resolve conflict. Monitored and evaluated employees' performance, and provided guidance and feedback. Prepared and reviewed reports (e.g. monthly activity, special, status, statistical, informational, etc.) providing project status, statistical data, and security violations. Reviewed contracts to ensure services are in compliance, and verify invoice accuracy. Developed streamlined procedures to increase performance and decrease labor time.
