Served in a vital role as the Technical Team Lead on various highly critical projects, including the Enterprise Directory Domain Service (EDS) Migration for the Office of the Secretary (OS) and the Office of Hearing and Appeals (OHA) and Business Center (BC), and McAfee Pre-Boot Authentication (PBA) project. Day-to-day systems administration (Active Directory, Group Policy, Security Policy, Exchange, EPO Orchestrator, …) High Quality Technical support to other IT Teams and End Users, while maintaining a high standard of written and verbal communication with internal teams and end users, including VIP Personnel, both remotely and on-site. Troubleshoot, diagnose and re-mediate incidents to quickly and efficiently restore normal service operations. Researched and Implemented new and existing technologies to improve the teams overall performance and efficiency. Maintained and created Knowledge-base Documents for new and existing systems, processes and procedures.
