Responsible for complete life-cycle of the recruiting process (client & candidate); Develop relationships with Hiring Authorities to uncover critical needs and provide strategic consultative solutions; Identify, target and recruit mid to upper level management, Executive Leadership and C-level Professionals; Strong focus on Marketing/Advertising, Banking, Financial Services and Wealth Management Industries. Results: On target for total invoicing to surpass $500,000 by the beginning of Q4 2013.
