Recruited to manage and coordinate the complete recruitment process for six locations in Florida and one in Atlanta, Georgia. Targeting Vice President and Managing Director level positions within Wealth Management; titles include Senior Wealth/Sales Directors, Senior Portfolio Managers, Senior Private Bankers, and Regional Managing Directors - Sales. Responsibilities include: Managing third-party Recruiting Relationships; self-sourcing; creating programs to enhance open channels within BNYM for internal referrals; touch plan for social marketing/networking; and more. Results: 13 for 13 regarding offers extended vs. accepted; seven internally sourced/referred, three by agency, three self-sourced; adding over $2.3M in total combined salaries to South Florida and Atlanta, Georgia economies.
