Daily Duties at Bechtel:
Supervise a team of Welding and NDE specialists supporting Bechtel projects worldwide designing cost-effective facilities, specifying welding and nondestructive examination, reviewing procedures, consulting in fabrication and inspection, and resolving project emergencies. Work with other Bechtel departments and business units, vendors and clients to resolve issues relating to compliance and implementation of codes and client requirements. Coordinate training for continued education/certifications and perform annual reviews of direct reports within the group.
