Daily Duties at Gtl:

• Used Jenkins as a continuous integration tool to creating new jobs, managing required plugins, configuring the jobs selecting required source code management tool, build trigger, build system and post build actions, scheduled automatic builds, notifying the build reports. • Configuration Management and source code repository management using tools like GIT, Git Huband CI tools like Jenkins. • Automated CI/CD with Jenkins, build-pipeline-plugin, maven, GIT Set up Jenkins master/slave to distribute builds on salve nodes. • Written Shell Scripts to perform Day 2 Day Activities. • Back-Office system administrator, maintaining intranet website usingApache Web Server. • Implementing and maintaining company website using Apache web server. • Managed with Git hub admin tasks like creating users, providing access to them and maintained source repositories. • Used Python fabric for AWS instance provisioning. • Experienced in cloudautomation using AWS cloud Formation Templates, Chef and Puppet. • Used agile methodology throughout the project. Involved in weekly and daily bases release management. • Experience in designing and deploying AWS Solutions using EC2, S3, EBS, an Elastic Load balancer (ELB), auto scaling groups. • Responsible for managing infrastructure provisioning (S3, ELB, EC2, RDS, Route 53, IAM, security groups - CIDR's, VCP, NAT) and deployment and EC2 Installs with CentOS, Ubuntu and RHEL 6 and Scientific Linux. • Experience in creating alarms and notifications for EC2 instances using Cloud Watch. • Participated in configuring and monitoring distributed and multiple platform servers using Puppet. • Experience in writing Puppet manifests to automate the configuration of a broad range of services. • Analyze and resolve conflicts related to merging of source code for GIT. • Automates the deployment of Linux applications inside software containers with Docker. • Installed, configured and maintained DNS, FTP, TCP/IP and Samba on Red Hat Linux. • Installed, configured and maintained web servers like HTTP Web Server, Apache Web Server, Web Sphere Application Server and Samba Server on Red Hat Linux. • Provided Tier 1 (Help Desk) problem identification and Tier 3 (Watch Desk) support during normal to semi-critical situations • Scheduled users to perform High Performance Computing activities on the Linux cluster. • Provided 24/7-support coverage, on call support and weekend support. • Installed, Upgraded, Configured Linux systems for production development and test environments. • Updating Systems, Servers and client software's. • Implement the policies for the users of the computer system and network. • Experience with Weblogic administration. • Managed and administered Domains, Nodes, Servers • Primarily responsible for installation, configuration and administration of Oracle Weblogic Server 10.x on Sun Solaris platform • Implemented the solutions for complex technical problems involving creation of Websites and e-commerce applications and their integration into the bank's existing computer systems • Regularly manage backup process for Server and Client data. • 24 x 7 production support for iPlanet webservers, WebLogic application servers. • Installing open source application, search, analyze and develop new application for users. • Documented the current architectural configurations and detailed data flow and Troubleshooting Guides for application support • Provided guidance for junior staff. • Developed Python scripts for automating generic tasks.
