Daily Duties at The King's Clean:
Provide commercial cleaning services to a wide variety of business and residential customers. Provide coaching, technical training, monitor colleague progress, and conduct performance evaluations. Manage a staff of 8 managers and over 150 janitorial staff. Lead sales and operations teams to meet or exceed customer expectations and company financial goals.
