• Chief Operating Officer – Responsible for 26 staff across all functions of operation including software development, Quality Control, business development, marketing, accounting (Quick Books), facility operations, IT support, business and IT consulting, contract negotiations and vendor management. Represented company for government and IRS audits. • IT Consulting Manager – Managed 6 staff supporting small business clients on PC, Server, Networking, Internet and software system installation, maintenance and upgrades. Managed contacts and relationships with 30 regular clients plus any one off engagements. Inventory, accounts receivable and vendor management. • IT Field Support – Supported clients with phone and on-premises IT support. Installing, troubleshooting and repairing computers, networks and backup systems. Created process steps, disaster recovery and backup plans and other long term business stability and growth consulting documents for clients.
