Process Improvement manager, special projects, metrics, budget analysis and forecasting. • Lead Project Manager – oversaw $21 million project across 4 sites, including India for a team of 75. Business analysis, Status reporting, cross functional team coordination, metrics, schedule and budget reporting. • Project Manager – Business expert, business process analysis and optimization (reducing 180 daily reports to 100). Coordinated 12 developers across 3 sites (Tampa, New Jersey, Chennai). Requirements development, system design, system integration testing, coordinating with product management, technology management, risk and audit. • Senior Developer – Maintained and enhanced US Treasury Bond trading and Clearing system
