Daily Duties at Tech Mahindra (Client At&T):

Responsible for managing and leading the Performance Engineering Strategy, Plan and Scheduling for the Enterprise level programs. Responsible for Capacity planning for sprint, Removed obstacle resulting in early delivery of customer issue solution. Responsible for test deliverables, Risk assessment, dashboard preparation & issue escalations between different teams situated globally. Identify performance bottlenecks and coordinate with various IT and Business teams to accomplish issues and defects resolution.
